Chlorine Dioxide Pilot Study

From 9-1-14.

B. thuringiensis grew overnight at 30C on LB, pictures seen below:


An isolated colony from each plate was inoculated into 10 mL of tryptic soy broth. Brothes were incubated at 30C shaking at 225rpm.

Original LB plates were wrapped in Paraphilm and stored at 4C.
