Tripartite Conjugation in P. larvae

From 12-27-14.

Broth cultures were made of P. larvae 9545, pMarA, and pRK2013 in 10 of BHI broth with appropriate antibiotics.

9545- Poly60
pMarA- Kan50 + Amp100
pRK2013- Kan50

Cultures were incubated at 37C 225rpm.
