Drop plates incubated at 37C 5%CO2 from the three treatment groups did not develop into isolated colonies, only small lawns of bacteria. This means that they need to be further diluted. I diluted each treatment group 1:100 in sterile ddH2O. The new dilutions are 10^-3 to 10^-6. Each dilution was plated 10uL onto MYPGP agar in five replicates and incubated not inverted at 37C no CO2.
