P. larvae Project Pilot

Honey bee larva continue to pupate with no additional larva showing signs of contamination or death. Once the adult honey bees emerge they will be euthanized in ethyl acetate and discarded. The survival rate is more than adequate for the upcoming experiments requiring the larva. I need to begin diluting P. larvae spore stocks and preparing for the LC50 experiment (Protocol).
